Log Message:
- add SANDPOINT, GENERIC.NAS and GENERIC
  this port is going to host a range of MPC8241/8245 NAS products.
  SANDPOINT supports X2 and X3 absorbing the EPIC usage difference
  between them.  GENERIC.NAS is for a flock of NAS in market.
- have ENCPP1 some more devices.
