Pull up following revision(s) (requested by yamt in ticket #621):
        sys/kern/uipc_syscalls.c: revision 1.108-1.109 via patch
        sys/kern/uipc_socket.c: revision 1.139 via patch
- soabort: don't leak a socket on error.
- add an assertion.

sys_accept: don't leak a socket on error.

sys_accept: fix usecount botch and double soclose in rev.1.108.
