Pull up following revision(s) (requested by mhitch in ticket #611):
        gnu/dist/gcc4/gcc/config/vax/vax.md: revision 1.11
Make movmemhi insn pattern use "o" constraint to avoid codegen bugs.
Fix some non-use of MEM_P, REG_P, CONST_INT_P.
