   You missed some stuff and tried to reuse a node.


yeah, i don't know how/why it worked for me in my test case.
i'd prefer not to have to hard code the oid values for the
new node (since that isn't required) but i haven't gotten
it working yet.  sysctl_createv() returns 0 now but the node
does not appear...
