Pull up following revision(s) (requested by riz in ticket #458):
        sys/dev/ld.c: revision 1.45
Defer dkwedge_discover() until after interrupts are enabled.  This
allows a kernel with options DKWEDGE_AUTODISCOVER to boot
on a machine with a twa(4) card.
