Pull up following revision(s) (requested by bouyer in ticket #1652):
        sys/arch/xen/include/cpufunc.h: revision 1.13
        sys/arch/xen/include/xen3-public/io/ring.h: revision 1.6
Define x86_mfence(). Use it where appropriate. Seems to fix a hang in
the network interface front-end/back-end for me ...
