Pull up following revision(s) (requested by yamt in ticket #358):
        sys/arch/xen/i386/autoconf.c: revision 1.21
bring in wedge handling code from arch/x86/x86/x86_autoconf.c.
unlike i386, we can't rely on the bootloader.
