I have. I had to go through the marketing department and wound-up speaking
with one of their sales engineers. Seemed be progressing until they were
consumed by AMCC, and we had to start over again. Progressed again to the
scheduling of a conference call, then my contact went silent. [I assume he
left or I just wasn't enough of a pest]

My twedm tool works for the 7500/8k series. I've not tried with the 9k, but
I doubt it will work. ftp://ftp.shrubbery.net/pub/twedm/ where there are
versions for alpha, amd64, and i386.

And, the hitch for FreeBSD tw_cli was found, so I've not tried starting over
yet again with the vendor.
