Well, I think it should be used now -- sysmon is "in development" pretty
much like the rest of src/ :-). Currently, it's used at least by powerd(8)
and envstat(8).

It might be that it misses some feature you need, in which case we should
enhance sysmon instead of resorting to hpc-specific style of handling PM.
