Modified Files:
        src/share/man/man0: Makefile

Log Message:
 * Add an 'all' targets to get the order of things right
 * Remove extra file argument from a pipeline
 * keep grops from stopping after the first manpage.

This gives working PDFs for all manpage sections again - altogether
NetBSD-current has 8192 pages after formatting, in PDF.

I'm just wondering... why is it a power of two ? :-)
