That would require rototilling the rest of openssh to match. I will discuss
this with someone from OpenBSD, otherwise the diffs will get too large
and they will cause pain in later imports.

What benefit do we actually get from the continued imports of openssh?

Or, what about a "namespace.h" type header file that renames the symbols in libssh?
