Log Message:
Add a -D argument to iscsi-target, which doesn't detach from the
controlling tty. Default behaviour is to detach from controlling
tty via daemon(3).

Write a pid file in /var/run.

Use a name for the rc.d script which isn't perfect, but is the closest
I can do.

Use the canonical form of my name (my kids can't even remember my middle
name)...
