Pull up following revision(s) (requested by uwe in ticket #1094):
        sys/arch/sh3/include/asm.h: revision 1.23
Introduce PIC_PROLOGUE_NOSAVE for functions that do non-local jumps
and don't need to save/restore r12.  Shaves off two instructions.
