Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tron in ticket #987):
        sys/arch/amd64/conf/INSTALL: revision 1.33
Remove 'isp' driver (support for Qlogic ISP [12]0x0 SCSI/FibreChannel).
Compensates for the recent bloat of the ath driver and 802.11 support.
