Log Message:
Apply patch (requested by elad in ticket #754):
- Deprecate -1, -2, -4, -5, -6, -m flags.
- Add -a <algorithm> flag.
- Support SHA2 hashing.
cksum(1) now supports ``sha256'', ``sha384'', and ``sha512''.
