Pull up revision 1.14 (requested by bouyer in ticket #190):
Add sysmon_power attribute to hypervisor, and an handler for CMSG_SHUTDOWN
messages.
Now a NetBSD guest will reboot or shutdown on 'xm shutdown' commands in
domain0.
