I guess that my feeling is that if someone is still using krb4 in this 
day and age, he is probably doing so for a reason (AFS interoperability 
comes immediately to mind).

Given this, I don't think we should place unnecessary burdens (such as 
``you may not use ssh2'') in such users' paths, as long as in avoiding 
such burdens we don't harm users who aren't using krb4.
