Log Message:
Add support for large files (>2GB).
Like Linux, automagically convert old filesystem to use this,
if they are already at revision 1.
For revision 0, just punt (unlike Linux; makes me a bit too nervous.)

There should be an option to fsck_ext2fs to upgrade revision 0 to revision 1.
