Pull up revisions 1.56-1.57 (requested by mycroft in ticket #572):
  Several fixes mostly related to USB:
   o Don't force ATA_SINGLE on devices which don't support
     READ/WRITE MULTI.  Increases performance with several
     CF cards substantially.
   o Update copyright.
