Log Message:
Add very rudimentary support for WSKBD_TYPE_PC_XT, since that's what
pckbd(4) uses.  It's very ropey and needs work, but that's true of this
X server in general.

Also try to make the bell work.  It still doesn't, but it has fewer excuses
now.
