If you're going to replace the fine English verb "to bitch" (which is 
not offensive; informal yes, but not offensive) then please pick a word 
which better fits the context. "whine" is definately *not* the correct 
word here.

While I prefer the original text, "complain" is a better fit than 
"whine".
