Actually, setting BSDSRCDIR breaks build using build.sh.

- if BSDOBJDIR doesn't actually exists (e.g., the default /usr/obj
  doesn't exits), build fails complainning that the directory doesn't
  exist.

- if BSDOBJDIR exists, objdir (like obj.i386) points (e.g.)
  /usr/obj/.../obj.i386.  This means all build shares single tree.
  It's wrong.
