Log Message:
When writing the disklabel:
- Write label to all netbsd (type 169) mbr partitions (even if they don't
  already have a label).
- Update any label found in sector LABELSECTOR and sector 0.
Latter change makes DIOCWDINFO (etc) work on raidframe (fixing bin/22529).
