Rework to use comm(1) instead of diff(1),
and separate "missing files in DESTDIR" (which is fatal)
from "extra files in DESTDIR" (which is now non-fatal).


To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -r1.19 -r1.20 src/distrib/sets/checkflist
