Log Message:
Set up bootstrap-pkgsrc on IRIX so we can use X11 apps.
IRIX has an X11BASE of /usr, but setting it as such will break things
wrt to buildlink2, so, as a dirty hack we symlink /usr/X11R6 to /usr.
Then, try to determine some options to be passed to imake depending on
the ABI used by inspecting /etc/compiler.defaults.

Elaborate on the different ABIs in the README.

Bump BOOTSTRAP_VERSION for this.
