I cannot see a reason why it would ever be acceptable for it to look
at the Delivered-To: field. Can you please explain?

It seems like a guaranteed shot in the foot with no benefit
whatsoever.


As for the Apparently-To: field, I can't conceive of a good reason
to add the feature, though the shot-in-foot potential is much less. Can
you justify adding it, please?
