Log Message:
With certain 21140 and 21143 SROM formats, OPMODE_FD was never being set when
the interface was wired to full-duplex mode.  Duh.
Also, add OPMODE_TTM to OPMODE_MEDIA_BITS, to insure that it is changed when
we switch between 10 and 100.
