Log Message:
Resurect support for the original i128 which had a Ti3026 ramdac.
Status:

        - all modes work, but 8bpp has some incorrect colormap entries
        - hardware cursor is not enabled [I did not resurect the code yet]

Works better than the XF3.3x that had rendering problems.
I will fix those in my copious spare time :-(
