Pull up revision 1.13 (requested by itojun):
  Security-related fixups for telnet
    Bound-check all "*nfrontp++" code.  From OpenBSD and Heimdal.
    Complain if file descriptor goes above FD_SETSIZE.  From OpenBSD.
