upgrade to 0.87.

key changes from www.zebra.org:

Many ospfd related bugs are fixed.
Now OSPF module becomes very stable again ;-).
MPLS-VPN PE-RR functionality is added to bgpd.
RIP,zebra interface up/down handling improved.
