Log Message:
Update to R-1.0.1.  Move R library tree to ${PREFIX}/lib (a la perl5)
since it contains loadable shared object files that are platform-specific.
Lots of bug-fixes and additions ... it's getting closer to a usable
replacement for S-PLUS.
