Log Message:
This package has been updated on the master site, so upgrade the
package to version 1.26 (14th July 1999)

Changes since previous version:

+ The cl command may now take a hexadecimal string as its (optional)
argument, for example cl x/0d/.

+ updated NetBSD support in base package.
