Oh futz, another brain-before-coffee comment.  We're talking #define and
not #include, and there's certainly a lot of "#define<TAB>"s sprinkled
around - at a guess maybe half and half with "#define ". Anyways, the I
still don't see a stated policy on the #define{<tab>, space} thing - any
KNF experts out there that can add a line or two to /usr/share/misc/style?
