Update of /cvsroot/pkgsrc/lang/libperl

Log Message:
Add libperl, a shared object version of the Perl link library.  Installs
only libperl.so and `soperl' (a Perl binary that uses the libperl.so);
requires the perl5 pkg to be installed for all the rest of Perl.
