   Comment out  lines corresponding to LK-201 keyboard and DEC serial mouse.
   Fixes PR port-pmax/5389.
   
   ttyflags -a clobbers them even if they are set to `off', overriding
   the 4800-bit and parity modes needed by the DEC serial kbd/mice.


one wonders why the driver allows userland to fiddle with these
bits if they are used by these devices ?  eg, the sparc doesn't
let you have access to the ms/kbd serial configuration..
