Actually it depends on all of the flags in TARGET_DEFAULT.  The RS6000 is
the predecessor, and also the name of the directory all the ppc files are
stored in.  The target definition can be any of rs6000, powerpc, and power
(the latter being the "compatible subset" of rs6000 and powerpc)

In any case, this was correct for gcc.
