Add support for:

        DEC_1000
        DEC_1000A
        DEC_ALPHABOOK1
        DEC_EB66

Remove support (ran out of space) for: ahc and bha. SCSI must be ncr or isp.
This will be fixed soon by defining an optional, two-floppy install
alternative.
