- Pull in some interesting changes from the Amiga trap.c:

        * SunOS glue

        * 68060 exception frame size definitions

        * 68060 fault detection macros

- Use `cputype' rather than `mmutype' where appropriate.

- Play the prototype game.

This file is much closer to being sharable by all m68k ports.
