        ./var/db/locate.database
        ./var/log/lastlog
        ./var/log/lpd-errs
        ./var/log/maillog
        ./var/log/messages
        ./var/log/sendmail.st
        ./var/log/wtmp
        ./var/run/utmp
That way they are not overwritten on an upgrade.  (Closes PR#2710)
