You seem to have a different view about the potential classes of users
for NetBSD than I do.  I am part of a company that is now installing
NetBSD in commercial sites, many of which have *large* user bases, and
definitely have internal support organizations.  We will definitely be
using GNATS, and we most definitely don't want end-users of those
systems sending PR's to NetBSD.org, nor IMHO, do you.

My personal hope is that NetBSD will soon be installed at a very large
number of sites with their own internal support.  I would hope that
many, of not most, of those sites will choose to use GNATS.

Calling the "NetBSD send-pr" (i.e. the program with the purpose of
sending PR's to NetBSD.org) something related to that purpose (such as
netbsdbug, or netbsd-pr, etc.), and keeping the /usr/bin namespace clear
for a "local" version seems to me to be something worth doing.
