Resurrect boottime, but only in the compat_90 module (whether built-in
or separately loaded).  This will enable running of old vmstat(1) images
on newer kernels.


To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.2 -r1.3 src/sys/compat/common/compat_90_mod.c



Why? we don't claim compatibility for libkvm users.
