thanks for doing this.  a couple of comments:

this should have bumped the version and be mentioned in the
CHANGES file.

+       sslinfo = bozomalloc(httpd, sizeof(*sslinfo));
+       if (sslinfo == NULL)

bozomalloc never returns NULL.  ;)
