Sorry, my commit message doesn't explain the problem enough
(and the diffs look that I wipe all contents out).

The problem was that each file contains a (correct) code twice,
just like: cat VEXPRESS_A15 VEXPRESS_A15 > tmp; mv -f tmp VEXPRESS_A15;
My commit deleted the second part.
