That file was not supposed to be imported. It has been deleted from the repository.
If you updated your working copy (via "cvs update" or "cvs checkout" or similar commands) in the ten minute window between the import and the file being removed from the repository, then you may have to manually delete the tzdata2012f.tar.gz file, or the corresponding line in the CVS/Entries file, or both.
