I'm afraid the postinstall is invoked only on upgrade install.
x86's MAKEDEV scripts still have ipty in all_md and my freshly
installed NetBSD/i386 6.0_RC1 still has /dev/[pt]typ nodes.
Should it be fixed even in netbsd-6?
(in that case we should also fix installimage script to use ptyfs though)
