Just looked at a -5 tree.
I think only the vfs_bio change really matters.
(and the src/sys/dev/bluetooth/bcsp.c one - bool v int, but I suspect
the -5 tree has a few more of those).

The acpi ones won't matter because acpi is LE only.
Unfortunately I don't think a cvs patch will apply ...
