     BUILDING documents how to use build.sh.  You would have to check
to see if all the same variables are available, and if not, document
them appropriately.  Duplication of information isn't necessarily a bad
thing.  Although, I guess at minimal there should be comments in each
file pointing at the other one so people know to update both.
