If you prefer using "ext2" in docs, fsck_ext2fs(8), mount_ext2fs(8),
newfs(8), and options(4) (and more?) should also be fixed.

On the other hand, these ones must be `Linux Ext2'
because they are API strings defined in <sys/disklabel.h>.
