Please excuse me if that sounded rude. It was not meant to be. I just 
wanted to say that I have tried exactly this boot.cfg line as written by 
you before, and also extra again after your e-mail to exclude that I was 
mistaken. In both cases the result was the same - the system did not 
boot until it was accessible via SSH.
