What is a "xen command line"?

I showed the xl command line and the config file.

This particular machine use grub for booting (all other 10 NetBSD/Xen
machines use NetBSD's native bootloader).  This is the relevant grub
lines:

title Xen 4.2 / NetBSD (hda0, vga)
  root(hd0,0)
  kernel (hd0,a)/xen.gz dom0_mem=1024M,max:1024M dom0_max_vcpus=1
  module (hd0,a)/netbsd-XEN3_DOM0 bootdev=wd0a ro console=tty0
  
Is this "the xen command line"?
